Previously, birds were seen lovely and adorable to everybody.Now,birds are seen as a taboo to human beings after the birdflu outbreak.In order to stop the birdflu virus infecting us,we should take measures to retaliate birdflu.
one of them is to shun birds, whenever we go out, try to avoid places where birds usually gathered
Secondly, try not to go overseas as far as possible even you go overseas for important matters as now,birdflu has infected the whole global
Thirdly , try not to eat anything related to birds like chicken rice or duck rice.
you never know whether the chicken or duck is infected with the virus. In the process of the chickens or ducks being imported to here , sometimes the health officers might not check the chickens and ducks clearly and allow it to be import.
Fourthly, go for an anti birdflu virus jab, the jab may not be 100% effective
but at least reduce your chances of getting the virus by making your immune system stronger and increase our resistance aganist birdflu.
Fifthly, we should prepare for this pandemic by stockpiling antiviral drugs like tamiflu or relenza and positioning them in high-risk areas; intensifying efforts in vaccine development; and planning for massive economic and social disruptions.if anybody are infected,we could take this tamiflu drug as it show some results against H5N1 Influenza Virus - bird flu virus which dramatically boosted the survival rate of infected humans.
Sixtly, look out for the symptoms that birdflu possess like a serious cold and migraine etc. if anybody show signs of these symptoms,quickly send them to the hospital for isolation and treatment.
lastly, eat more healthy and nutritious food to build up resistance aganist birdflu and most importantly, don't have any physical contact with birds!
